Over 50 children accompanied by parents and governess from the No.3 “Ants” kindergarten from Zărnesti, visited the Libearty Bear Sanctuary. Despite the hot weather, they have listened with great interest the Bear’s stories and watched with envy their wading in the cool pools. After few minutes of watching an educational video about the sad story of the female brown bear Maya, in who’s memory the Sanctuary has been built, the little children wrote messages to their new furry friends and they have even dedicated a few songs and games to them. The surprises weren’t over. We have received from the children as proof of education and respect for the environment and animals, Eco bags, made by the “Environmentalist Ants”.themselves.
