AMP, the Libearty Sanctuary and the Dog Shelter Triaj do not receive any government funding. We can’t make it without your help.
Did you know that it costs over 750 Euros each day, to care for the animals at the Sanctuary? This summer, we are facing additional expenses for maintenance and repairs, due to damages caused by the changing weather of the previous seasons.
At the dog shelter, it takes 60 Euros to vaccinate, neuter and microchip a dog for rehoming. Of course, food and fuel also cost money, and the vets and staff need to be paid too.
You can imagine, with these kinds of costs, our needs are great. AMP also runs education programmes in schools, sterilisation campaigns for dogs and cats, as well as a 24-hour emergency response service for the stray dogs of Brasov.
